PECAN
PECAN is a freestanding functional sculpture made from two basic forms: geometric cubes and hand-turned wooden spheres. Their combination creates a striking composition in which geometric precision meets the natural beauty of wood. Each sphere has its own unique grain pattern, making every PECAN piece one of a kind.
The proportions of the individual sections have been designed to store vinyl records, but PECAN also leaves room for your own interpretation. It can also hold books, albums, and items you want to keep close at hand or display.
PECAN is more than just a freestanding shelf; it is a spatial object that organizes your belongings while giving the interior a sculptural character. We use some of the largest salak wood spheres to create this piece.

Every SALAK piece of furniture is handcrafted in our own workshop in Dobrzewino, in Pomerania, about 20 km from Gdynia. It is here, from the initial stage of work to the final finish, that we give our designs their final form. We create them personally as the brand's founders. Combining an original vision with direct work with the material, experience, and attention to every detail.
If you would like to personalize your order and create your perfect Salak, simply contact our workshop. Describe what you would like to change, and we will present our options to you.
