I. General Information

• The owner of the website and store, as well as the seller within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, is S A L A K Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Dobrzewin at 17 Dębowa Street, registered in the National Court Register,

referred to in the following part of the Regulations as the “Seller”.

• All prices provided for products on the salak.com.pl website are gross prices given in Polish zlotys.
• Product prices do not include shipping costs.

II. Orders and Payments

• Order fulfillment begins when the Seller receives payment to the company's bank account:

• Made-to-order products are fulfilled in accordance with individual arrangements regarding the order.

III. Delivery and Collection of the Order

• Order delivery from the moment the transfer is credited to the Seller's account takes 5–35 business days.
• Standard delivery does not include bringing the item inside. If the Customer requires such a service, they should contact us by email at support@salak.com.pl to obtain a quote for delivery with an in-home delivery option to the specified address.
• Personal collection is possible at designated points, after prior arrangement with the Seller.
• The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and its contents in the presence of the Carrier.

IV. Quality and Warranty

• All products offered in the salak.com.pl store are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 months.
• Made-to-order products are fully covered by the warranty, but are not eligible for return.
• We offer only the highest quality products. We are not responsible for the services of other stores that sell our products. However, if the product was not purchased directly through our website, but the Customer used the services of a distributor of their choice and has questions or encounters any problem in connection with this, please contact us.

V. Complaints

• Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically.
• Any complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date the complaint is received.
• The Seller may refuse to accept a complaint if the goods are returned without prior notification to the Seller by the Customer.
• If the complaint is upheld, the Seller will send the Customer a new, fully functional product at the Seller's expense.

VI. Withdrawal from the Agreement and Returns

• The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion. This right applies only to pre-manufactured products. Products made to individual order are not eligible for return.
• In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Customer shall bear the shipping costs.
• In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to the Customer.

VII. Made-to-Order Products

• Made-to-order products are fully covered by the warranty, but are not eligible for return.

VIII. Characteristics of Wooden Products

• Wood is an exceptionally noble material. However, like any natural material, it has its own characteristics. It moves, warps, and naturally ages. This is not a defect, but a specific characteristic that testifies to the uniqueness of the material.
• By choosing to purchase wooden products, the Customer is choosing a material created by nature. Variations in wood shades occur even within the same species.
• Over time, the color, moisture content, density, and durability of the wood may naturally change. This is a natural process.
• Under the influence of sunlight, the color of the wood may change. Depending on the moisture level, the wood may also swell or shrink.
• All the changes described above are natural characteristics of wood and do not constitute a defect.

IX. Personal Data Protection

• The personal data controller is S A L A K Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Dobrzewin at 17 Dębowa Street, registered in the National Court Register, Tax ID: 5882522759, REGON: 540342290.
• The Controller is obliged to ensure all possible and legally permissible measures to protect the Customers' personal data from unauthorized access.
• The Controller undertakes to use the Customers' personal data solely for purposes related to the fulfillment of the order.
• The Controller may use the collected data for marketing purposes only after obtaining separate consent from the Customer.
