01. What materials do you make your furniture from?

Only and exclusively made of steel and solid wood.

In our workshop you will not find cheap substitutes such as MDF board, plastic or laminate.

In every aspect of our brand’s operation, we focus on honesty and quality. I deeply believe that by producing furniture from low-quality materials we would not be honest with you. Furniture made of cheap materials will not be renewable and will not stay with you for many years.

There is no term in our dictionary “high-quality laminate” or “high-quality MDF” because, as a rule, these are much weaker, lower quality materials than real wood or steel.

02. Are your dining tables comfortable to use?

Of course, I believe that dining tables should not only look beautiful, but above all be comfortable to use and a pleasure to accompany you in your everyday home life. You can easily push chairs up to them and find space for “legs under the table” 🙂

03. How long does it take to complete Salaks?

For each product you will find detailed information with the specified delivery date. We usually ship orders within 35 working days from the moment of payment (while dining tables within 40 working days)

04. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on the country it is being shipped to.

In Poland, the delivery itself usually takes 1-3 working days. Because we pay extra for the manual sorting service, the parcels may take a little longer to reach you than one working day, but thanks to this, the transport of parcels is at a higher level than with standard transport. Thanks to this, your parcels are treated with respect and delicacy. At this stage, time does not matter to us, but quality.

When it comes to shipping outside Poland, the estimated delivery time for the selected region is provided at the initial stage of the order. For more information, please contact us by e-mail at support@salak.com.pl

05. Is shipping cost included in the product price?

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The final shipping amount will be provided at the final stage of ordering. The value of shipping costs depends on the value of the order and its size.

06. Which countries do you deliver to?

Orders are shipped worldwide, including both European countries and outside the European Union. We offer shipping to all countries, ensuring global reach of our services. Detailed information on available shipping options for individual countries can be found by contacting us at – support@salak.com.pl

07. How will I know my order has been shipped? Can I track the status of my shipment?

Before the order is shipped, we send information to the email address provided when placing the order.

Smaller furniture, samples, accessories:
Sent via couriers such as DPD, DHL or Pocztex. In the message you will find a link allowing you to track the shipment.

Large-sized furniture:
Products such as dining tables are shipped only on a pallet or by transport without reloading, which is determined individually.

08. What should I do if I haven't received order confirmation?

Check your spam folder in your inbox. If you still haven’t received the confirmation, please contact us by email at support@salak.com.pl or by phone at 786-299-269.

09. How can I check the status of my order?

Please contact us by email at support@salak.com.pl, providing your order number.

10. Can I change the details of my order?

Changes are possible. It all depends on the stage of your order. To arrange the details, please contact us by e-mail at support@salak.com.pl

11. Do I have a warranty and how long does it last?

The warranty according to Polish law is valid for 2 years. However, if anything happens to your salak, regardless of how long ago you bought it, we will never leave you alone. If you have any questions about the warranty, please contact us by e-mail at support@salak.com.pl

12. Are other colours available than those shown in the online configurator?

We can personalize each product to your needs. Let us know what color you are interested in and we will present you our possibilities.

13. Can I change my delivery date?

It all depends on the stage of your order and its size. To change the delivery date, please contact us by e-mail at support@salak.com.pl

14. Why is Salak worth waiting for?
In our workshop we offer the highest quality products. We take care of the smallest details, which, although they may not be visible at first glance, are crucial to us. Our furniture is manufactured entirely in Poland.

15. How do our dining tables differ from others available on the market?

Our table tops are made exclusively of steel or solid ash wood. When choosing wood, you can be sure that it is a first-class material, which is additionally hand-selected by us. The tops do not have knots and the wood grain is always beautifully matched.

Wooden tops have a beautiful edge/band, which is joined by hand at 45 degrees, a difficult technique thanks to which you get a top with a beautiful wood grain even on the sides of the top (without visible layers of glue)

16. Why you should choose Salak?

We deeply believe that furniture should serve you for many years. When designing, we do not base our products on seasonal trends. This is proven by the fact that the products you will find in our offer in 2025 were already with us in 2020 and their sales and recognition in the world are still growing.

Although Salak has been on the market for a relatively short time, we have already managed to hit the list of “5 iconic brands of Europe”.

We have strongly established aesthetics, principles and design values. You will get designs that were not created by chance. That is why all of our Salaks correspond with each other and create a coherent, consistent and characteristic whole for the brand.

17. Not sure what size countertop to choose?

With us, it’s not a problem! Our team consists of interior designers with many years of experience. Describe your problem or send us photos of the space and we will help you choose the perfect Salak size. 18. Can I exchange my order for another product once the table is already with me?

Sure! If the furniture is new (without signs of use) you have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange. Don’t know how to do it? Write to us and we will help you with everything.

19. In what currency can I pay for my order?

Thanks to the available PAYPAL service, you can pay in any currency. Additionally, for all those who want to pay by direct transfer and do not want to convert the fee, we have accounts in the following currencies:

PLN, GBP, EURO, USD

20. Can Salak's dimensions be changed?
