01. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on the country it is being shipped to. The estimated delivery time for the selected region is provided at the initial stage of the order. For more information, please contact us by email at support@salak.com.pl.

02. Is shipping cost included in the product price?

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The final shipping amount will be provided at the final stage of ordering. The value of shipping costs depends on the value of the order and its size.

03. Which countries do you deliver to?

Orders are shipped worldwide, including both European countries and outside the European Union. We offer shipping to all countries, ensuring global reach of our services. Detailed information on available shipping options for individual countries can be found by contacting us at – support@salak.com.pl

04. How will I know my order has been shipped? Can I track the status of my shipment?

Before the order is shipped, we send information to the email address provided when placing the order.

Smaller furniture, samples, accessories:
Sent via couriers such as DPD, DHL or Pocztex. In the message you will find a link allowing you to track the shipment.

Large-sized furniture:
Products such as dining tables are shipped only on a pallet or by transport without reloading, which is determined individually.

05. What should I do if I haven't received order confirmation?

Check your spam folder in your inbox. If you still haven’t received the confirmation, please contact us by email at support@salak.com.pl or by phone at 665-299-269.

06. How can I check the status of my order?

07. Can I change the details of my order?

08. Do I have a warranty and how long does it last?

The warranty according to Polish law is valid for 2 years. However, if anything happens to your salak, regardless of how long ago you bought it, we will never leave you alone. If you have any questions about the warranty, please contact us by e-mail at support@salak.com.pl

09. Are other colours available than those shown in the online configurator?

We can personalize each product to your needs. Let us know what color you are interested in and we will present you our possibilities.

10. Can I change my delivery date?
